We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Engineering & Optimisation Advisor to join our Sustainability Solutions team, which is responsible for the delivery of sustainability services including energy, waste, water and supply chain management to our clients.

About the role
A new position is now available in Cushman & Wakefield’s Melbourne office to deliver a range of sustainability services with a focus on Building Services Optimisation, Internet of Things (IoT), Resource Efficiency Programs, and Green Building Rating Systems.
You will be expected to work with client representatives, external suppliers, and operational staff to provide sustainability services to reduce energy, water, waste, and carbon emissions across entire portfolios or facilities.
Your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
Undertaking and delivering Energy Audits and assessments
Identifying energy and water efficiency initiatives
Assisting in the preparation of proposal and tender submissions
Measurement and verification of savings
Preparing environmental reports in line with project requirements
Liaising with appropriate bodies, such as Industry Associations, Government Coordinating Agencies, and Utility Companies
About you
Graduate qualifications in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline
NABERS, Green Star, and CBD accreditations are highly desired
Excellent research, analytical, and technical report writing skills
Knowledge of building services and relevant built environment legislation/regulations
Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Effective communication and presentation skills
