We are looking for a Contracts Specialist to join our team!

Reporting to the Director of Contracts and Logistics, the Contracts Specialist primary responsibility will be maintaining contract documentation in both Product Center and LN in accordance with the respective Contract Department Policies. The Contracts Specialist will support the team by performing clerical and administrative contracts duties, as well as contract analysis activities. This includes implementing and managing non-disclosure agreements, bailment agreements, and template contracts. Other duties include reviewing contracts to confirm compliance with relevant proposals, and Raytheon guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating contracts, amendments, and marketing orders in Product Center in a timely manner.
  • Entering approved orders in LN.
  • Maintaining supplemental agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, bailment agreements, MOUs, etc.
  • Liaising with Product Managers, Program Managers, Finance and Supply Chain when required to resolve issues relating to approvals, order entry of contracts, contract amendments, and marketing orders.
  • Act as administrator for all customer portals.
  • Provide back-up support for other team related administrative duties as required.
  • Coordinate as required with other internal Functions to respond to contract queries.
  • Coordinate with Program Management to ensure contract documentation is properly maintained in Product Center.
  • Supporting the other members in the Contracts and Logistics Team when required with reporting requirements.
  • Accountable for coordinating debarment and FCPA due diligence.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Level 2 Secret security clearance.
  • Exhibits ability to follow company policies, rules and regulations. Willingness to comply with all pertinent Raytheon Environmental, Health, & Safety, organizational directives, instructions and other applicable programs.

Key Competencies
  • High School graduate as a minimum. Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or related field an asset.
  • Computer proficiency, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience using business operations software such as Product Center or LN.
  • Knowledge of ITAR requirements, Export compliance, FCPA and Anti-Corruption is an asset.
  • General knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, or Contracts an asset.
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Adaptable, accountable and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-motivated, commitment to service excellence.
