Equipment Operator / Ammo

Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Shift Foreman, Field Supervisor or Manager. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as directed and, must be willing to work shift work if required.

Operates straight or articulated rubber tired tractor type vehicle equipped with front mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport materials and municipal waste to and from storage or processing areas, to feed conveyors, hoppers, or chutes also operates Skid Steer, Forklifts, and Bobcat. Typically requires 2-5 years of related experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-years heavy equipment experience - Horizontal civil dirt work

Maximum 1-year since last employment in regards to equipment operation

Competent on minimum (3) equipment types of (Backhoe, Excavator, Trackhoe, Dozer, Motor Grader, Bobcat, Loaders, Trencher, Skid Steer)

Requires experience in transporting or handling ammunition

Additional requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must possess passport book with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
