SAIC Enterprise IT, located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, has an opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Qualified candidate will join the existing VA Service Desk to provide support to the VA Strong Authentication mission.
The position involves learning and training others on established procedures; performing routine maintenance tasks on VA systems, responding to user reported issues and recording incidents on a proprietary incident tracking system.
This is a call center environment requiring professional level customer service.
This is a shift work position and the successful candidate must be flexible in days and hours worked.
Teleworking capability may be required, to assure coverage in cases of inclement weather.
Required Education & Qualifications
Applicant must have or be able to obtain VA ADP Sensitivity Level I Security Clearances.
