Description:Responsible for the functional operations of Production, Planning and Control/PP&C (Manufacturing, MRP, Scheduling, Warehousing, Tool Rooms). These operations include but are not limited to direct and indirect budgets, sub-contractor management, vendor managed inventory, direct and indirect headcount, as well as enterprise communications with in MFC.
Basic Qualifications:
Significant Operations experience in a Production, Planning, and Control (PP&C) leadership role with emphasis on high visibility / high demand Program support.
Possess strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead change and set expectations
Ability to interact with personnel at all levels in the organization
Capable leading a team of employees in a high paced manufacturing environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
SAP Implementation Experience
Desired Skills:
Direct experience working with sub-contractors and a represented work force
Previous budget experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to multitask, solve problems across the organization, as well as cross functions
Experience working with Government Property Material in a production environment
Demonstrated Continuous Process improvement
Full Spectrum Leadership experience preferred
