Job Description:
The Raytheon IIS Hardware and Infrastructure (HW&I) Engineering team has an immediate professional opening for an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Control Account Manager (CAM). The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with an understanding of government program development life cycle activities. They should also be familiar with cost/schedule development and status reporting using EVMS techniques, and have a Raytheon EVMS certification or equivalent. Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Project and Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.), and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is critical.The CAM will also manage program charge numbers and support Risk and Opportunities Management activities, including requests for Management Reserve (MR). An active US Government TS/SCI clearance is required as of day one for this position (US Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

  • Raytheon EVMS Level II Certification or equivalent
  • Project management experience developing schedules and associated costs, monitoring and reporting progress to cost/schedule using EVMS techniques, preparing variance reports as required, and promptly alerting management of impending cost/schedule issues
  • Experience creating and reporting EV metrics such as ETC, EAC, TCPI, etc.
  • Experience working US Government acquisition programs, including knowledge of development lifecycle processes, milestones, and contract deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting EV data briefings to both program and customer leadership
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Project
  • Active US Government TS/SCI security clearance (US Citizenship required)
  • 8 years of related work experience
Desired Skills:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure designs and components (compute, network, storage)
  • Exposure to infrastructure design artifacts

Required Education:
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of related work experience or 16 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree Bachelor’s Degree in an STEM discipline
