Position Title:

Manager, Real Estate Services

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all real estate transactions for all of the KBR business units as assigned by the Director of Real Estate Services.

The duties include site selection, lease negotiations, disposal through sale or sublease, due diligence, broker management, portfolio management, management related issues, and stakeholder communication.

Additional duties include tracking transactions, and assisting with business forecasting, and creating business cases to support decisions.

Additional duties include:

Ensure that all

transactions follow Company Policy, the A & D process, and comply with

internal controls

Ensure that all

business is conducted in strict compliance with the Company’s Code of

Business Conduct

Assist in

maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the property portfolio database

Utilize

transaction tracker database to communicate the status of transactions and

record compliance with internal controls

Coordinate with

Regional RES Leads as needed

Coordinate with

Security and HSE to obtain clearance on all property acquisitions

Coordinate all transactions with local legal counsel and Real Estate Services.

Qualifications:

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s

Degree

Minimum nine (9)

years of experience in handling corporate real estate transactions and

portfolio management

Experience with

lease tracking software is preferred

Desired

qualifications include:

Ability to

perform within tight time constraints

Experience in

financial analysis and accounting in accordance with FASB and US GAAP

Strong

organizational skills

Strong customer

service principles

State of Texas

Real Estate Sales License
