As the Systems Engineer for Requirements and Verification, you will:
- Define the Requirements and Verification Baseline
- Develop Specification and Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
- Support development of flight test hardware baseline, ground and flight test planning, and design maturity milestone reviews
- Be a member of the Systems Engineering team and drive design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way
- Work with the Navy counterpart to develop, test and field a strategic system

Typically has 5-10 years of professional experience.

**** This position will initially be located in Littleton, CO but is anticipated to move to Centennial, CO in the May 2019 time frame. ****

Basic Qualifications:
- Systems engineering or related engineering discipline with demonstrated systems engineering skills
- Requirements identification, decomposition and allocation
- Requirements verification/validation
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering Milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR)
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Systems Engineer within the Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) Line of Business or with a major Weapon System
- Program Start-Up environment
- Willingness to gain interface experience with the Navy customer
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to and build effective relationships
- Secret clearance
