Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is seeking a Remote Product Manager to join our team in support of the Air Operations Center Weapons System (AOC WS) Long Term Modification and Sustainment Program (LTM&S). The position is located in Hampton, Virginia, at a USAF customer site. The Remote Product Manager will report to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and be responsible for remote teams providing IaaS and PaaS offerings. An existing US Government Secret security clearance is required for this position (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Staffing remote sites to plans, including candidate interview scheduling and execution
  • On-boarding of new hires at remote sites - coordinate with government and Raytheon hiring managers to provide required documentation including CAC, building badges and computer accounts
  • Internal meeting preparation and participation
  • Procurement development and execution
Required Skills:
  • An active US Government Secret security clearance (US citizenship required)
  • Knowledge of configuration management techniques sufficient to maintain system parity between multiple remote sites on two classification levels of networks, as well as between multiple remote site private clouds and local AWS public clouds
  • Ability to direct activities of non-collocated teams located in Hawaii, Qatar, Germany, Korea, California, and Boston
  • Experience resolving remote site personnel needs including, but not limited to, staffing to plans, issuance of Visas, provisioning of CAC cards, etc.
  • Ability to work closely with the IPT Lead, Enterprise Platform Product Manager, COTS Manager, and Technical Subcontracts Manager (TSM) to ensure all program activities are executed well in timely order
  • Ability to obtain a US Government DoD TS/SCI security clearance

  • Existing US Government DoD TS/SCI security clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a multi-disciplinary project/team
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Raytheon Program Leadership Level 6 certified


Education:
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of related work experience or 16 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree Bachelor’s Degree in an STEM discipline
