The Whole Life Systems Engineering (WLSE) Department at Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Engineering Logistics Specialist for the Integrated Mission Support Solutions program portfolio in the TOW Systems, and Reconnaissance and Targeting Systems businesses within the Land Warfare Systems area. This position will report to the ITAS CLS Inventory and Distribution Manager.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position focuses on the accurate and compliant management of processes and records related to Government Furnished Material and Depot Inventory. It includes, but is not limited to: receipt, tracking and issue of hardware; managing inventory; reconciling monthly; support program screening and disposition efforts associated with contract operations; classified destruction; coordinate and support inventory research; support audits as needed. Applies continuous improvement principles to logistics processes. Responsible for accountability and control of Government owned tooling and test equipment by conducting physical inventories and recording updates.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
