SAIC is seeking a senior PM to support the IC EEOD office with both strategy and strategy communications.  The role is split in two and will focus halftime as a Communications PM assisting IC EEOD in researching, preparing or writing, assembling, and uploading web- hosting materials and information (including visualizations) related to IC-wide EEOD topics, including ,but not limited to, EEOD programs, resources, and policies for content creation for the IC EEOD website and associated graphics for various events.


This position will:

  • provide content owner with guidance and strategy to maximize the Customer's web presences on Intranet and Internet sites
  • Work with the Customer on web design, content strategy, and presentation
  • Communicate changes/updates
  • Consult on content messaging and design for Intranet and Internet sites
  • Construct/edit pages using content management software based on content provided by internal stakeholders and designers
  • Create new or edit existing pages on Intranet and Internet
  • Research and write drafts of talking points, correspondence, executive summaries, communications, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Prepare activity reports and summaries


Halftime is also spent as a Strategy PM for expert advice and assistance in the research, development, dissemination, and communication of IC-EEOD Strategy planning.

  • Development and deployment of key EEOD measures to objectively assess progress in achieving strategic planning goals
  • Provide extensive, daily interaction with other ODNI and component staff principles as well as counterparts from other Federal agencies in EEOD Strategic Planning
  • Facilitate targeted focus group sessions to determine content and direction, converting those discussions into draft text, vetting the document throughout the IC via the IC EEOD Council and their planning representatives, and preparing final text version for DNI approval
  • Engage counterparts on tactical coordination issues for effective implementation of flagship collaboration initiatives.


  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other project management-related field is required for this key position.
  • 7 years of relevant project management experience, including ability to lead interagency working groups and build coalitions with corporate partners to achieve common goals.
  • 12+ years of total years of professional experience.
  • 5 years of work experience in diversity and inclusion, EEO, Human Resources, or a related field, to include knowledge of organizational development and/or talent management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic communications to address organization strategies, and the ability to present planning and execution clearly.
  • Excellent presentation skills, to include data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to present data and provide innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic and tactical level topics and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.
  • Experience with developing strategic communication.
  • Experience delivering presentations to senior level officials with minimal guidance and on short notice; seasoned facilitation skills; polished oral communication skills that encourage collaboration; and superb written communication skills that require minimal edits.
