ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Program Director to join our team in the Reston, VA area to provide unparalleled support to multiple federal agencies through th Continuous Diagnostic& Mitigation (CDM) Program. The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with many different federal agencies to enhance their continuous monitoring capabilities.

The Cybersecurity Program Director is responsible for leading a highly experienced team in providing CDM capabilities to a large number of federal agencies as a managed service through various cloud offerings. Demonstrating a proven track record, the Cybersecurity Program Director will bring his/her critical experience to drive excellence in the delivery of these services and in support of the CDM objectives through leadership, coaching, and consulting in areas of information security, system design and development, and the implementation of proven methodologies and best practices.

Ideal candidate will have past exposure in supporting an array of Federal clients; DHS is a plus. Individual will focus on the development and preservation of a highly experienced team following consistent, goal-oriented approaches to address clients’ complex requirements in a prioritized and actionable manner. The ideal candidate must adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and utilize past consulting expertise to drive the mission.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in managing large, complex federal contracts (e.g., IDIQs, BPAs) for technical services with multiple task orders; should include experience managing award fee contracts
• Strong background in cybersecurity, managed technology services, and/or cloud services
• Management experience providing technical advice and organizing, planning, directing, and managing large team (100+ personnel with a mix of employees and subcontractors) with a variety of labor categories and skills to ensure goals and objectives are achieved in a timely and quality manner
• Extensive experience in risk management, issue identification and resolution/problem-solving
• 15+ years of IT-related experience managing large, complex, heterogenous $100+M system implementation/enterprise security/system integration contracts with a diverse set of federal stakeholders
• Strong customer service experience dealing with diverse customer set
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with ability to successfully navigate dynamics (e.g., politics, culture, etc.) of federal government-related work
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot/pivot under potentially challenging circumstances as needed; solution-oriented
• Active/Current PMI PMP or PgMP Certification
• Strong project-related financial management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Other Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Architect
• Knowledge of system architectures, networks, and technology operations
• Experience managing Security Operations Centers (SOC) and providing related services
• Experience managing DHS programs a significant plus
• Active ISC2 CISSP Certification highly desired
• Active Top Secret clearance desired

General Responsibilities:

• Lead large multi-million technology services program to deliver cybersecurity-related continuous monitoring capabilities and managed services to multiple federal agencies via a cloud platform
• Champion innovation and change in cybersecurity capabilities and related risk management activities with stakeholder agencies
• Lead large, diverse team (100-150 personnel) to deliver technology/cyber-related services and implement new or enhanced continuous monitoring tools and capabilities
• Primary point of contact with DHS and GSA on all program matters
• Responsible for achieving program financial goals and managing costs and performance effectively to achieve award fees
• Support proposal activities for new cybersecurity-related opportunities
