Assists in operational management of web-based MISO operations. Provides inputs to web support program strategy development. Assists in ensuring program adherence to customer guidance, program quality standards, and cultural sensitivities. Assists in ensuring Geographic Combatant Command Leads are fully supported. Provides support to technical customer-facing business operations. Participates in policy and process development. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technical and content developments. Captures lessons learned and best practices and supports efforts to apply best practices across related program efforts. Some travel may be required. Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time may be required.
TS/SCI Clearance required. MISO program experience preferred. PMP preferred. 5+ years of experience
