SAIC is currently seeking an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst/Trainer who provides analysis services for INSCOM, Army OSINT Office in support of ongoing intelligence operations at Fort Lewis, WA
Assesses and provides analysis of technologies and solutions, provides analysis recommendations, researches and builds technical papers, and supports INSCOM analysis operations as required by the INSCOM Commander or INSCOM AOO.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 9 of experience; OR Associates' Degree and 7 years of experience; OR Bachelors and 5 years of experience; OR Masters and 3 years of experience; OR PhD and 0 years related experience.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
7 years of Intel experience
2 years’ of relevant Open Source intelligence (OSINT) experience, including:
Researching, reviewing, evaluating, and integrating Open Source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished Open Source assessments.
Verbal and written interpretation/translation (the ability to identify and analyze problems and then generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with various elements of DoD.)
Writing professional intelligence products (reports, briefings, etc.)
Providing direct customer support.
Working as part of multi-discipline teams.
Ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks with limited supervision and respond to short-notice tasking.
Desired Education and Experience
Graduate of OS301Course; Graduate of OS302 Course; Graduate of the CASO Course; Graduate of the BOSIC Course
Prior experience working with US Army or any DOD Cyber Command.
Experience in other intelligence disciplines including: All Source Intelligence; Signals Intelligence (SIGINT); Human Intelligence (HUMINT); Imagery Intelligence (IMINT); Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
Experience in Intelligence Operations in direct support to operations (military or government) will receive strong consideration for this position and may qualify for additional compensation depending on the nature of the experience and the extent of the applicant’s qualifications.
