Manages extensive evaluations of major information security networks, prepares evaluation reports, presents recommendations. Conducts trade off analyses of products for clients to determine optimal informant security solutions. Provides consulting services on a wide variety of information assurance topics. Prepares remedial options and supervise correction of information security shortfalls. Works independently in expert role at customer siteThe Cisco Unified Communications Engineer will provide support for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) under the Support Platform Engineering and DevOps Integration (SPEDI) Contract. You will be part of the fast pace, and challenging Unified Communications (UC) team that consist of Video Teleconference (VTC), Video Streaming, Webinar, and Digital Signage. If you like to learn of new technologies, and love to take on challenges, this position is for you. Actual Work they will be doing: The candidate will provide support for engineering, implementation, operations, configurations, and troubleshooting a Cisco unified communications Video Teleconference platform. The platform will consist of Cisco TMS, CMS, Expressway, Call Manager, and WebEx. Ensure interoperability with the existing Polycom Video Teleconference System (VTC). Integrate with the VBrick video streaming system.
