Job Description:

A Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), will be required to provide and coordinate security activities for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs. Track and maintain clearance certifications to assist with the coordination of classified meetings. Manage Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and have a basic understanding of opening and securing spaces. Oversee and maintain a COMSEC Account. Enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to senior leadership, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors. Interface through Security management with SCI and SAP customers and other Raytheon Security staff. Provide classification guidance with assistance to program personnel. Participate in an active Security Awareness/Education Program, conduct security briefings, support inspections and audits, and assist Security Management with investigations regarding security infractions, incidents and violations. Provide proposal security support and assistance as needed to other security disciplines.

Required Skills:

  • Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
  • US Citizenship with current Top Secret SCI Clearance, SSBI and Counter Intelligence Polygraph
  • Knowledgeable in one or more of the following Security disciplines: Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, or Program Security Officer
  • Knowledgeable of SCI Security requirements, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and applicable customer security directives
  • Be a team player that projects a professional demeanor to include a customer-service focus and demonstrated ability to positively engage with senior company leadership in providing security guidance and assistance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
