HR Principal Specialist

KBRwyle is searching for a results-oriented HR Principal Specialist to join our team providing full life-cycle recruiting support. The individual will support programs located throughout the United States and other locations as necessary. When you become part of the KBRwyle team, your opportunities are endless. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops, implements, analyzes, and administers results for a specialized HR function such as staffing
  • Performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and conduct of comprehensive recruiting and employment of new employees
  • Participates in and formulates basic recommendations in the development of short and long range manpower and employment objectives considering such factors as corporate growth objectives, manpower availability, employment lead time requirements and the like
  • Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team
  • Acts as internal staff consultant for line and staff management on employment matters
  • Provides technical guidance to recruiters
  • Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks
  • Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices
  • May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members
  • Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy
  • The position may require overtime including weekend hours and periodic domestic & international travel
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands
  • Meet with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and network

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High-volume staffing experience
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Experienced knowledge of local and national employment market characteristics, successful recruiting programs, identification of applicant sources and the like
  • Domestic staffing experience required
  • Recruiting experience in a challenging, government contracting environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization to successfully manage customer relationships
  • Strong business acumen, follow-through and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required

Education and Computer skills:

  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7 years of HR experience.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems strongly desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Certification or advanced study within a recognized area of specialization is preferred
