Description


Perform specialized tasks in support of daily technical operations. The successful candidate must possess strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, quick learner and the ability to prioritize.  Responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to, interface with customers as well as management/technical staff, contract performance statistics reporting, meeting support/facilitation, transcribing and recording meeting minutes, data collection and tracking/reporting action items. 

 

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • HS Diploma and 5 years experience related to Information Technology (IT) and/or administrative support
  • MS Office and Remedy experience
  • Skype/Teleconference setup experience a must
  • Great interpersonal skills to effectively interface with different levels of NASA and contractor management

Desired:

  • Associates Degree
  • WebEx experience
  • Basic knowledge of conference room video screens and controllers
  • Familiarity of ITIL
