Synopisis: The overall goal is to provide leadership and guidance to a team of Sr. Training Specialists as well as expertise and training to Army units in the Korea Theater of Operations. Must be knowledgeable with utilization of Air-Ground Integration, Call For Fire (VBS FIRES), IED Defeat Operations, Land Navigation, Gunnery Tables, Convoy Operations and Mobile Operations on Urban Terrain. The Position leads a team of trainers that integrates gaming software into training at the crawl to walk stage, allowing teams, crews, squads and platoons to rehearse and validate your unit SOPs prior to live training.

Skills and Abilities
Responsible for analyzing unit performance during training through every phase of a mission, providing subject matter expertise involving doctrine, TTPs and tactical planning to ensure units are combat ready. Provides in-depth advice, counsel and assistance to exercise unit operations personnel before, during and after training events. The OC/T will be responsible for gathering, developing and disseminating information on current enemy and friendly trends, TTPs and operations.
C-IED Lane Specific
Duties include developing and implement rotational unit training in a gaming environment in order to provide deploying units effective counter-IED solutions, assist deploying forces in analysis of counter-IED operations and pro-actively assist in identifying and addressing counter-IED capability deficiencies. The OC/T prepares, updates and teaches Improvised Explosive Devices Defeat (IED-D), and the preparation of lesson plans and POIs as required.
The SME for gaming technologies and training integration on the peninsula. The candidate must be familiar with game based software and their use in training, utilizing all tools available for software development and the AAR process. Must be familiar with providing desktop support and workstation administration in a networked environment. An understanding of setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting computer networks in a must Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities are critical as wall as a strong desire to continually research and implement emerging gaming technologies and procedures.
