Raytheon Global Business Services in Greenville, Texas is looking for a Financial Analyst to support and improve processes within the Payroll/HR Benefits team, as well as provide excellent customer service. The payroll benefits team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of deductions related to benefits are processed and paid to vendors. This role is in a fast-faced and high-volume environment.

The focus of this position will be:

  • Understanding and interpreting policies, practices, laws, and concepts related to the employee benefits and disbursement of funds to vendors.
  • Performing calculations, audits and entries to support benefit enrollment, eligibility, and payments while ensuring compliance with all SOX controls
  • Developing solutions to a variety of problems of limited scope and complexity
  • Assisting in the coordination and development of internal and external mass communications relating to process changes and system enhancements
  • Assisting in designing, creating and delivering training solutions on various platforms for both technical and soft skills
  • Lead projects within the payroll area
  • Assist team members in the research and response to internal and external customers inquiries received through our shared services contact center
  • Interact with employees and third party vendors via phone to resolve benefits and payroll related issues
  • Utilize internal and third party systems to administer benefits

  • Working knowledge of HRMS/Payroll and/or financial systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP)

Education Requirements:
