Job Description: Responsible for updating and maintaining the quality portion of the Material Master within PRISM. Position requires interaction with Production Control, Material Quality, Program Quality, and various other functions in three time zones. The Material Master portion of this position includes QNote application (including additions, changes, and deletions), inspection lot/criteria issues, firm understanding of the capabilities within PRISM and ability to pull related reports. The ability to understand and modify Incoming Inspection criteria based on program requirements will necessary.

Required Skills:

  • 6 years work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with SAP/PRISM
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Experience in problem solving and demonstrating analytical skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills dealing with staff and management
  • Ability to integrate and organize data from multiple sources
  • Ability to create actionable information from data
  • US Citizen

  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Cross-functional experience with Supply Chain
  • Strong working knowledge of Raytheon Systems (ESDM, SHARP, SRS, RCAS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Visio, MS Project
  • Familiar with component requirements and packaging
  • Some Quality background or experience
  • Knowledge of AS9102 (First Article Inspection Experience)
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Required Education: B.S. degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Technology or Quality

Desired Education: Master’s Degree
