Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. To include, Operation Control Center conference bridges specific to Nation Capital Region (NCR) mission requirements, Secure Voice systems supporting the NCR mission, all voice and video system testing and readiness validations supporting the NCR mission.
13 + years supporting an Operation Control Center:
Voice and video conference bridges: Use, building, maintenance
Secure Voice systems supporting the NCR mission: Design, use, maintenance
Testing and validations of voice and video system in an OCC
Quality Assurance experience in voice and video systems
IP Network experience: Basic server configurations (voice and video platforms)
Senior level presentation skills: Preparing and presenting customer briefs
Travel 15% in support of the required tasks
Supervisor capabilities with a remote team
Operational oversight of FAVES program: Field technician lead.
