Raytheon Company is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a member of the Patriot BMC4I Product Line Execution Leads Staff. In this role, this individual will be responsible for the day to day execution and oversight for all of the BMC4I build scope (CONUS and OCONUS) in accordance with contract requirements and within the planned budget and schedule. This lead will interface across all aspects of the program’s scope (development, production, change management, and delivery schedules) to influence and ensure a timely transition to production. This individual will support the product Line execution lead (PLEL), collaborate across all CBT partners, and work production floor related technical issues (build and supplier related issues).
The Patriot BMC4I PLEL Support role will be responsible for overseeing the on-time delivery and on-schedule performance for the various programs. This person will have responsibility for oversight and monitoring of the IPT’s scope to ensure build performance within the technical, cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Establishment and maintenance of an integrated execution schedule for all work (product line waterfall). Additionally, this position will help manage the product configurations and identify any improvement opportunities. Responsibility will encompass all aspects of execution, to include refurbishment, upgrade, integration and test for multiple products within the Product Line.
Core responsibilities will focus on Program Planning & Execution, Production costing, Decision Making; problem resolution, R&O management, financial execution to budget. This position will work closely with the Sub-IPTs, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Product Line Execution Lead, IPT Leadership, and Program Management teams. This position will apply disciplined processes and tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in execution.
