SAIC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Associate in Crane, IN


  • Provide engineering technical support for Prime Mission Equipment - troubleshooting and repair of sophisticated Electronic Warfare (EW) systems installed on AEA Platforms including AN/ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System transmitters, receivers, universal exciters and other associated electronic systems to render operational and provide life cycle support. 
  • Troubleshoot and repair the test benches and associated diagnostic equipment.
  • Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. 
  • Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. 
  • May estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. 
  • May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. 
  • Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. 
  • Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. 
  • Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.



  • High School and 0 years' experience

  • Excellent communication skills; inter-personal; organizational and detail-oriented

  • Position will require the ability to acquire and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
