Description:As part of the Capacity and Rate Readiness team, you will be mitigating new challenges in a rapidly changing environment. The team is focused on mitigating deficiencies surrounding the 4 Cs of Supplier Performance - Capability, Capacity, Competency, and Consistency.

Specifically, the candidate will be focused on a new Enterprise Capacity process, working cross functionally within Lockheed Martin and our suppliers. Responsibilities will include data collection and analysis in support of supplier improvement plan creation, action item tracking, and risk mitigation creation.

Candidate must have demonstrated ability to formulate effective action and project plans, and integrate with and lead cross functional teams to achieve results. Up to 10% travel both domestically and internationally may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
Experience in project management
Desired Skills:
Experience in supply chain with a background in a manufacturing environment.
Experience coordinating effectively with team members and internal and external customers
Knowledge of quality management systems and processes
Knowledge/experience using LM information systems including SAP, VAS, PDM, JDL, SFM and QADS.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
Continuous Improvement Experience
