Job Description:Entry level IT position in Arlington VA. Assist users in accessing and resolving computer hardware and software problems/desktop support specialist; provide technical, operations and training support for PC's to internal users either by telephone or desk-side relative to desktop hardware and software.

Configure and install desktop PC's, resolve hardware/software issues, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure user satisfaction.

Additional office/admin responsibilities will include office facilities coordination, placing office supply orders, and supporting facility security requirements/visitor support.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Required Skills:
• Microsoft Office and Windows 10 experience
• Demonstrate competent listening and speaking skills and respectful/professional mannerisms.

Desired Skills:
• 2+ years of qualified experience in computer support help/troubleshooting
• Comp TIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
