Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel
Troubleshoots and performs Aviation Unit Maintenance and Aviation intermediate Maintenance on Unmanned Aircraft Systems and subsystems assigned to support the Program of Instruction for the U.S. Army UAS Operator and Maintainer Course. Perform alignment; repair; troubleshooting; adjustment; testing and modification of the UAS and associated ground support equipment. Determine type and location of malfunctions and performs necessary repairs to correct the problem. Mates; aligns and calibrates equipment in the integrated system. Performs UAS daily; preflight; and post flight inspections to include UAS fueling and de-fueling. Notes and records maintenance to be performed and evaluates operational readiness of the air vehicle and subsystems. Provide oversight for maintenance students during the launch and recovery phase of training.
2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
Must be qualified in the Shadow RQ-7B system as a maintenance technician. Preferred: V2 qualified and ABIC qualification
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Level Security Clearance. Must be able to ascend and descend stairs; stand for an extended period of time up to at least 50 minutes and walk at least 100 meters across uneven or unpaved surfaces. Must be able to lift equipment up to 45 Lbs without assistance and assist in moving heavier multiple person lift equipment. Must be able to work in all weather elements (except lightning) for extended periods of time.

Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.
