Description:This entry level Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Operations Video Teleconferencing Support position is located in Mount Laurel, NJ and will have the responsibility for providing successful day-to-day remote operational support for the Data Voice and Video (DV2) Video Management Center (VMC) team. Primary role includes:

-Perform Help Desk support for video conferences across Business Areas
-Operational setup of all LM multipoint video conferences during pre-conference setup time
-Perform Remote Configuration and software upgrades of Video Endpoints
-1st level remote troubleshooting of all video conferences
-Open, track and escalate video trouble tickets
-Oversee daily reservations for all LM video conferences to ensure proper scheduling
-Metrics Reporting
-Provide User Training
-Interface with appropriate vendors on video provisioning and trouble related activities
-Assist with the coordination of any special projects and assignments
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience supporting Video Teleconferences (VTC)
-General understanding Audio/Visual conference room technology
-General computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point.
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Capable of supporting a flexible work schedule, weekends and off-hours as needed and potential for Shift work based on business requirements
Desired Skills:
-Operational and trouble/support knowledge of diverse video codecs to include but not limited to Cisco/Tandberg and Polycom
-Operational and trouble/support knowledge of CMS/CMM
-Operational and trouble/support knowledge of Multipoint Control Units (MCU)
-Operational and trouble/support knowledge of Cisco remote management tool Telepresence Management Suite (TMS)
-Experience in working with remote support teams and vendors
-ServiceNow Support experience
