The Test Equipment Maintenance and Repair Department (TEMR) is looking for a Supply Chain Business Operations Specialist to assist requisition activity within the Test Equipment Maintenance and Repair (TEMR) Department. This activity includes coordinating parts and services requisitions. The successful candidate will be placed in an operations role that has core contributing responsibilities from Test Equipment Request (TER) development, requisition placement and the tracking of purchase order placement for all parts requests and vendor calibration services. The candidate will also be responsible for courier service to local calibration vendors, work closely with shipping and receiving tracking orders/services and work closely with property for asset dispositions. The candidate will work with a Senior SC Business Ops Specialist tracking procurement costs.
Based on the individual's detailed analysis, the individual will prepare purchase requests for the production or purchase of components, parts or calibration services
Review, plan, prepare, issue, and control vendor calibration schedules and changes to meet program financial and schedule requirements.
Lead all sourcing activities with suppliers.
Support programs as a knowledge source for suppliers, procurement systems, processes, policies, procedures and compliance.
Ensure supplier performance meets all customer objectives of cost, schedule, and quality.
Ensure Government, Customer and Raytheon owned property is in compliance with contracts, regulations and sound business practice.
Assist Test Equipment Maintenance and Repair (TEMR) Management with other Departmental tasks as needed.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Requirement (FAR) and/ or Defense Federal Acquisition Requirement (DFAR)

Critical thinking skills to ensure detailed status are provided
Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task in a fast -paced work environment with limited supervision
BS/BA degree or equivalent education and work experience in supply chain or business operations
Experience with at least one of the following: PRISM, APEX, SAP, SMART and Access Database
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems or equivalent education and work experience in supply chain or business operations.
NOTE: This position can be a Salary Grade G06 or Salary Grade G07 based on the candidate’s qualifications as they relate to the skill, experience and responsibility requirement for the position. 142218
