Ensures that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans. Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to achieve results might cause delays in program schedules and result in the allocation of more resources. Responsible for driving and adjusting as necessary work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals. Ensure task are completed on schedule and within budget followings established procedures, schedules and work plans.

Provides direction of daily operations of a section and actively assists, or provides direction to, subordinates as required. Develops work assignments, assesses performance. Normally does not perform direct tasks of group supervising, but may assist as workload requires.

Accomplishes tasks mainly through direct supervision of non-exempt and hourly employees. Meets the minimum requirements of executive exemption under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testing, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate needs to have a strong technical background with proven technical problem solving skills. Familiarization with COMSEC and Crypto use and capabilities.

Selected candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of the MH-60 platform avionics systems, testing, integration processes and have experience with customer relationship, confidence and satisfaction.

Technical Leadership, Asset, Data, and Configuration Management Experience, Avionics Systems Development and Production Experience, Integration and Test (I&T) Experience, Aircraft Flight Test Experience, Cost and Schedule Management, Excellent Communication Skills, Team Building Skills, Knowledge of Aircraft Logistics operations.
Desired Skills:
Flight Line experience with strong knowledge of such processes and safety procedures
Aircraft Support equipment experience
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
