In this highly visible role as Sales and Operations Planning /Master Production Scheduling Planner with Raytheon’s Global Supply Chain Management team, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the forecasting process with inputs from key stakeholders and enablers as well as creating Master Production Scheduling demand in SAP that ensures executable plans.
Accountable for the Sales &Operations Planning process, including coordinating input from Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to develop and implement the Sales & Operations Planning Plan.
Drive and maintain senior level engagement in the Sales & Operations Planning process, directing, driving and facilitating the decision-making process.
Drive continuous improvement to the Sales & Operations Planning process.
Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning Process which includes demand planning, supply planning, consensus between functions and stakeholders.
Elevate level of Supply Chain excellence by developing tools and introducing best in class technology that enhances the ability to understand demand and executing plans.
Responsible for the post award scheduling of customer deliverables (MPS) including facilitating risk mitigation plans from Supply Chain and Operations. Thus establishing initial executable plan.
Manages end deliverable date integrity in SAP
Develops and published metrics to communicate and manage the effectiveness of S&OP and MPS functions
Develop process improvements to achieve business goals
8 years of experience in planning, supply chain, inventory or manufacturing
Experience leading or facilitating in cross-functional groups
Strong ERP/MRP planning knowledge.
Experience with demand management and Sales & Operations Planning
Excellent communication skills the ability to interact with a variety of functional positions
Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, specifically related influencing without authority
APICS CSCP certification or equivalent, or ability to acquire certification within one year of start date
Ability to support and execute change management activities
Written and oral communication skills; presentation skills
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize
Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Ability to work collaboratively
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
