This is a temporary position for Raytheon for undetermined length

Job Description: Position is a full-time (non-exempt) role working with the SAS IT Business Management Team to be the focal point for Conference Room Standards, Administration and Maintenance, Coordination and Scheduling of Customer Requested Video Teleconference Events, and Submission and Approval of Remedy Requests.

Job Duties Include:

Conference Room Administration

  • Maintain SAS IT Conference Room Standards
  • Conduct Budgetary Planning for Conference Room Technology Refresh
  • Maintain a comprehensive directory of all SAS VTC’s and Conference Rooms
  • Ensure Conference Rooms are serviceable and ready for use

VTC Administration
  • Maintain and Execute all activities related to the VTC Scheduling Process for all SAS Hosted Sites
  • Maintain a comprehensive directory of all SAS VTC’s, Equipment Inventory, and Points of Contact.
  • Work with VTC Tech Lead to ensure VTC Technology Refreshes are identified
  • Complete all documentation required to submit VTC Package to the Bridge
  • Validate Weekly Service Tasks are complete for all VTCs and Conference Rooms.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Additional Skills Include:

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan, and execute project activities
  • Must possess strong self-initiative and ability to multi-task

Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of the SAS VTC & Conference Room Stewardship

Minimum Education Required: High School diploma or GED with 1 year administrative or clerical experience
