Raytheon's IDS Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator who is excited about growing their career and working in a fast paced, action oriented environment, partnering with our University Programs Talent Acquisition Team to provide support for our talent acquisition process.

This role will require an individual who has the ability to multi task and prioritize work based on the business needs. The talent acquisition administer will support hiring strategies by utilizing Raytheon tools, methods, and procedures to drive results.


  • Prepare pre-employment paperwork including employment applications and forms
  • Coordinate interviews and travel for candidates
  • Develop compensation packages for offers
  • Prepare candidate offer letters for approval
  • Process expense paperwork for candidates that travel
  • Provide logistical support for recruiting events including scheduling, planning and operation of these events for local and remote locations
  • Arrange and schedule training rooms, instructors, and required equipment
  • Create candidate rejection letters
  • Coordinate and retrieve content from online SharePoint repositories
  • Assist TA in special projects as needed
  • Coordinate candidates’ relocation packages
  • Send out daily status reports
Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s with 2 years of HR experience, Associate’s with 4 years of HR experience or High School diploma with 6 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HR Systems
  • Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources team
  • Microsoft Office Experience

  • Experience troubleshooting and streamline processes
  • Able to take direction from multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization and team to deliver results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
