The successful candidate will support a resource office for targeters to increase the knowledge base on tradecraft, methodologies, data sources, tools and standard operating procedures. He or she will assist in creating curriculum and presentations to be used in a learning environment.
1. Experience with core targeting skills/methodologies.
2. Experience with full targeting lifestyle.
3. Experience across customer directorates.
4. Knowledge and experience with customer tools/databases/reporting.
5. Presents new ideas in a way to develop teaching techniques.
6. Develops ways to teach to various backgrounds.
10+ years of targeting experience.
Knowledge of senior review panels and approval processes preferred.
Experience supporting intelligence community customers preferred.
