Responsible for coordinating all efforts required to support contractual handover for system turnover for the project.

Develop Project turnover procedures.

Define responsibilities for system turnover deliverables.

Work closely with the Site Quality Manager on final inspection, punch list, and the handover acceptance.

Maintain Exception List Status.

Provide timely review and resolution of questionable Punch List items.

Receive approval of exception items through coordination with Client.

Identify extra work items noted on exception lists and release this work for completion after required approval.

Review all RFI changes and update system packages if applicable.

Establish information flow and procedure documents.

Coordinate turnover activities with Contractors.

Verify with Quality to assure allocation of check sheets for all system components.

Manage punch list items.


Experience with system P&ID's process, test packages, and documentation.

Engineering Degree preferred, but not required.

Good organizational and communication skills.
