SAIC is seeking to hire a Cyber Intelligence Analyst - Principal to support a DoD client in Arlington, VA.


Job Duties:

  • Conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on Full Motion Video (FMV) and on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and Mission information networks. 

  • Analyzes network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent. 

  • Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.

  • Correlates threat data from various sources.

  • Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.

  • Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

  • Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials. 


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • Prior Military Intelligence officer experience
  • Experience with Cyber Operations
  • Active Top Secret/SCI (Clearance must be listed in JPAS.)
  • Highly experienced with MS Office Suite of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook


Desired Experience:

  • Operational and staff experience at multiple echelons, from brigade combat team and Division G2, to staff experience at the Combatant Command level
  • Experience with Cyber operations
  • Experience in the field of Counter Intelligence (CI) or Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
  • Army National Guard experience desired
  • Experience in non-intelligence fields for career broadening opportunities
  • MS Project experience strongly desired
  • Ability to interpret and defuse guidance and convert it into tangible, high quality deliverables
  • Must be a self-starter and work without close supervision and guidance
