We are seeking individuals to support the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Ability to evaluate state-of-the-art computer hardware and software and its application to support specific requirements and to interface with other equipment and systems.


-Ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination, and make recommendations for system improvements that will result in optimization of development and/or maintenance efforts.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience


-Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.


-U.S. Citizen
