The role of the Field Tech is to provide IT Support in a heterogeneous environment (Windows, Mac and some Linux) with a high focus on problem resolution and customer service. The Field Tech will be responsible for resolving a range of request and meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. Performs limited maintenance of site/field equipment and/or the installation, rearrangement and removal of equipment and associated wiring at the customer site or at the company location. Assists in the testing, moving, repair and adjustment of equipment problems associated with trouble reports and performs routine maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.
