Description:This position supports director level management and other levels of management within the business area. Candidate must possess strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. The individual must possess excellent calendar management skills. Strong organizational and follow-on skills are a must in addition to software skills that include a proficient working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Responsibilities include coordinating international/ Domestic travel, preparing logistics for customer meetings (room reservation, catering, facility preparation, etc.), generating expense reports, ensuring director is prepared for meetings, supporting staff meetings and maintaining calendars, answering phones, and coordination of weekly Items of Importance (IOIs). Individual is required to work independently as well as in a team environment, multi-task, demonstrate excellent prioritization skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet specific deadlines.
- Must possess strong computer skills with respect to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Electronic Calendar, Outlook
- Must possess the ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements and reconciliation of expense reports.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.
-Experience interfacing with all levels of Lockheed Martin Management and external customers.
-Independent, self-starter who is able to operate a busy office and interface closely with other business units.
-Strong technical skills and teamwork skills.
-Experience working with the Concur travel system both international and domestic travel plans and expense reports.
