AECOM is seeking a highly talented Project Controls Administrator for our Dallas, TX location. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting and challenging projects.
Support business process workflows, plans and detailed operating procedures for all project activities related to schedule and budget management
Manage the informational needs of the organization so that the client’s and program management teams’ reporting requirements are being met.
Support scheduling and cost accounting reports for presentation during special meetings regular project review meetings.
Provide regular briefing to Program leadership team and/or Program Controls Manager on project financials, schedule status, issues, and concerns; keeps project managers informed daily of any issues that arise
Monitor and manage the contract administration activities for the program team
Manage change control and cost reporting system and oversee the technical and administrative efforts associated with optimizing the system’s configuration and deployment.
Review cost data and identify and acquire information needed to accurately interface between systems supporting the organization or specialty areas.
Monitor the enforcement of specific project codes of accounts and recommend appropriate modifications and revisions.
Identify/ define data sources and techniques for data acquisition and configuring the system to collect required data.
Support efforts on reporting tools and systems to monitor data
Monitor compliance with operating policies to track risk items and contingency funding
Coordinate the preparation of cost/cash-flow data.
Provide detailed reference information to Program Controls Manager.
Manage contracts for client organization during procurement, payment periods and financial close-out.
Support and monitor data collection for all team members and resources for estimating, scheduling and document controls
Lead efforts for optimal operation and reporting through the Management Information Systems database and/or spreadsheets
Consolidate on a monthly basis financial database and reports with client’s representative
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
