Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Land Surveyor for our Chattanooga, TN location.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.

  • May establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.

  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.

  • Supervises subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

  • May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.

  • Supervises the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of experience in structure layout, monument control, and embedded material positioning or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Tennessee Licensed Professional Land Surveyor

  • Proficient in Total station and Civil Works software

Preferred Qualifications
