Job Summary

The Role

New position for an entry-level Revit / BIM Modeller to join our Building Services team in Hamilton. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior individual to join a dynamic, solutions focused team who are passionate about Revit and BIM and using technology to drive efficiencies. We have a welcoming and social office environment and we are looking for someone who will bring their ideas and enthusiasm to the team.

As a Junior Revit / BIM Modeller, you will be using the latest software to model in Revit and create high quality drawings for our clients on a range of building services projects, nationwide.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising Revit on BIM projects

  • Creating quality documentation, assisting in preparation and issuing of drawings for clients

  • Applying AECOM standards to all projects

  • Identifying clashes, interface problems, bottlenecks and inefficiencies

  • Building relationships with internal and external clients

Minimum Requirements

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic Revit / BIM Modeller who can demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of Revit

  • Ability to determine and suggest an approach to solutions

  • Proficient in one or more core CAD software programmes (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit)

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively

  • Building Services experience would be an advantage
