This individual digitally produces, manipulates, annotates, and organizes documents detailed technical images of small complex electro optical hardware in a time effective manner. The images taken must accurately and objectively portray the physical integrity and correctness of the product.
The individual works closely with engineers and scientists to identify key features and details needing to be imaged and then utilizes their photographic skills to set up and capture the images. Off times images need to be enhanced and/or combined (stitched) in Photoshop to present the information in the most informed manner. The images need to be labelled, and organized and according to program requirements in a database where they are easily found for future reference. Jobs include repetitive, same product documentation images as well as custom images for one of kind products. Determine and implement- efficient ways in which to accomplish and process repetitive, production product images is a driver for the role. This role will also work to develop a training video capability for operational steps involved in the advanced assembly of our products.
