Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a Staffing Solutions Architect to join the Global Missions Solutions (GMS) team at the Chantilly, VA office location. The Staffing Solution Architect (SSA) translates client requirements based on Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other client interactions, and develops full life-cycle recruitment strategies fulfilling the client’s mission with an execution plan that turns that idea into a cost effective solution. Responsible for actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes

The responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes

  • Provide consultation to clients, Business Development and Operations leadership to understand client needs on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends

  • Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision-makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames

  • Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry-related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks

  • Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed

  • Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.

  • Conducts market research and gathers intelligence regarding the prospective customer in order to gain insight in how to provide meaningful solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree + 4 years of related experience or Associates Degree and 6+ years of related experience or HS Diploma/Certificate and 8 years of experience.

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Proven expertise sourcing candidates and developing staffing solutions for challenging positions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous talent acquisition experience

  • Experience with ATS Kenexa Brass Ring

  • Experience sourcing cleared candidates
