The Data and Process Management/Developer Lead will support through organization and problem solving skills by re-designing data through new processes and/ or creation of databases. This positon will perform as liaison between Teams, and will support teams through organization and problem solving skills to include creating mechanisms to help increase efficiency. These positions will be located at one of our sites in:

El Paso, TX
Aberdeen, MD
Ft. Bragg NC
Ft. Dix NJ

Technical Responsibilities
• Provide database and architecture management using Microsoft Suite capability, specifically MS Access, Excel and Sharepoint
• Familiar with debugging Access database errors to include connections between Microsoft Suite tools
• Familiar with creating and adjusting reporting/exporting functions in Microsoft Suite based on team requests
• Support vehicle/system management process by updating the database/tools with current configuration and installation status of each of the vehicle/system on a weekly basis
• Support incident report process by conducting root-cause analysis of issues to allow for better tracking for swift resolution Conduct root-cause analysis of issues and allow easy tracking for swift resolution
• Troubleshoot technical tasks; to include importing/exporting to/from different applications, embedding documents, editing presentation documents
• Organize and configuration manage shared access sites; to include gaining access for other team members, organization of file and folder structure, assume role of general point of contact for information contributors
• Perform configuration management of issue submissions, updates and closures; to include coordinating daily review meetings as well as daily updates to management of unresolved or recurring issues

Overall Responsibilities
• Perform analysis on recurring issues in order to provide a description and recommendation to address the problem
• Assist operational team members in learning and reporting from Microsoft Suite tools
• Develop concise and easy to read report formats and presentations and be able to brief to all levels of peers and management
• Provide/Create tool handbooks and operating procedures for any changes in Microsoft Suite tool functionality and train teammates on changes
• Address complex problems/requests and provide organized solutions for analyses
• Work across teams to ensure communication and provide recommendations to allow for swifter analysis and reporting

Additional Responsibilities
• Recognize manual and/or redundant efforts of both individual and group tasks and find a way to make them more efficient.
• Recognize team member’s abilities; Develop tools and tasks to enable more reliable tasks and processes.
• Mentor and teach other team members new skills in order for them to try new troubleshooting skills when they encounter an issue.


Basic Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Systems/Operations/CS Engineering
• 5+ years work experience in database management
• Fluent in MS Excel, MS Access, Sharepoint
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to be creative in finding alternate solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and a detail oriented approach
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works with limited supervision
• Plays well with others

Security Clearance Requirements
• Active Secret Clearance

Travel Requirements
• 25% Travel
