Manager, Information Management

The Information Management Manager primarily responsible for the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences.

Detailed Responsibilities include;

  • Works closely with Government Solutions US Leadership, Operations Management, Contracts, KBR Information Technology and Industrial Security groups to achieve actionable data management solutions that work for all.
  • In conjunction with the Government Solutions US Contracts group, identifies contractual data security requirements for each project and implements compliant standards and best practices for processing and storing sensitive data.
  • Develops and publishes data and application maps for the GS US business and projects to ensure transparency of data handling to leadership, IT and auditors.
  • Develops and publishes actionable standards, processes and procedures to compliantly process and store US Government sensitive data and works with KBR GS US Projects to offer solutions.
  • Creates, implements and tracks compliance of training programs to ensure all employees are appropriately trained to identify and process US Government sensitive data.
  • Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
  • Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.


  • BS or higher in Communications, Business or a related Information Technology/Management field.
  • 9+ years of relatable experiences, prefer technical experience
  • Must be a US Citizen

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Experience with development and implementation of processes, procedures and training
  • Experience with supporting US Government contracts
  • Experience with processing Controlled Unclassified Information in both digital and physical form - preferred
  • Experience with internal and external audit compliance - preferred
  • Naturally inquisitive with aptitude to learn and apply solutions quickly
  • Ability to learn quickly, think logically and understand abstract relationships with thoroughness and an acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
