FortisPay is looking for a CRM Manager to join the team! In this role you will implement, maintain, plan and deliver strategy within the organization's CRM systems. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, analytical, collaborative, and a great storyteller.  ResponsibilitiesManages system users, including creating and maintaining profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.Drives and increases user adoption, ensures satisfaction by identifying training gaps and system issues.Collaborates with internal teams to create target lists and advise on opportunities for marketing automation.Map user journey across multiple scenarios, and work with various departments to identify opportunities and improve the experience of sales, marketing, support, our partners, merchants, and prospects.Identifies and maps out new strategies to drive growth.Work with internal teams to develop suitable processes to support, administrative, sales and marketing initiatives.Recommends modifications to improve CRM system efficiency, performance, and FortisPay internal business processes and reporting.Identify CRM training and usage problems, conduct training sessions to increase user knowledge. Establishes best practices for data entry standards to ensure integrity of data.Deep understanding of data metrics and capabilities to track and analyze campaign performance and trends.Help to create/coordinate the necessary dashboards and reporting based on the needs of the respective departments.Lead management: organize, integrate and manage the lead flow of the CRMRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years CRM Marketing experienceStrong business acumen, including comfort with financial metricsAbility to think strategically to achieve business goalsExcellent planning and organization skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment of multiple priorities, executing in the short-term while developing long-term strategies
