Your Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide CFL Leadership administrative support and coordination including: Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff; Scheduling meetings and appointments; travel arrangements; Taking notes and minutes in meetings; act as the POC for a range of internal staff and external stakeholders for meetings.
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Includes program analysts and management consultants.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-8 Years related experience or 2 years and master’s degree or PhD
  • BS/BA degree (4 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable AS/AA and 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)

  • TS/SCI

  • Sedentary work
