Essential Functions These are the job duties required of the position.Essential Functions- Supervises the Registration area of the Registrar’s Office which includes academic scheduling, residency reclassification, program and curriculum maintenance, and student registration.
- Runs enrollment reports and provides enrollment statistics.
- Oversees residency reclassification and enrollment verification.
- Sets up enrollment term dates and associated rules.
- Sets up the schedule of classes and coordinates with academic units to produce course offerings.
- Provides schedule training to offices on campus.
- Creates the registration time ticket schedule.
- Monitors and enters program and curriculum data into Banner.
- Tests system updates and new releases in Banner.
- Submits Banner System Update form to the Computer Center.
- Makes procedural and policy recommendations to the University Registrar.
- Handles special projects as assigned.
- Oversees the website for the registration area.
- Assists with commencement twice a year which will include working weekends.
- Supervises staff to include assigning duties, checking work, approving time off, approving timesheets, and assisting with performance evaluations.
- Ensures compliance with academic, regulatory, and accreditation policies and requirements to include FERPA.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
