Position Description
Dawson Construction, LLC is hiring for the following field positions for work in Northwest Washington.

Position Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work, or ability to follow instructions and learn.
- Attention to detail
- Manual dexterity
- Math skills; basic math is used everyday
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
- Ability to work independently, complete daily activities according to work schedule, and meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs., walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing, as well as understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to arrive on time to work every day
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
